Formscan - MECENE has shown promise on both starts over timber and brings the strongest piece of form judged on his third to Feel Gut at Warwick in January. Jane Williams' gelding wouldn't need to improve much to shed the maiden tag. Dakota Star is entitled to improve following his debut third at Hereford in November, especially after a wind operation, while Sixty's Rock and the well-bred newcomer Another Enki complete the shortlist.
