An enquiry was held to consider interference turning into the home-straight involving, Majeur Allen (FR), placed second, ridden by Stan Shepperd and Dream's Ka (FR), placed fifth, ridden by Harry Skelton.

The interference was found to be accidental as rounding the bend, the green running Majeur Allen (FR) stepped left-handed despite the riders best efforts to correct the gelding, which resulted in DREAM’S KA (FR) stumbling.
Following the race, Harry Skelton reported that Dream's Ka (FR), placed fifth, suffered interference turning into the home-straight.
