An enquiry was held into the start of this race and the participation of A'ali G (GB), drawn 6, ridden by Saffie Osborne who reared and unseated the rider in the stalls.
The rider and the Starter were interviewed and shown recordings of the start.
The Stewards considered that the colt should be deemed to be a runner as the rider was mounted as the start was effected.
