Formscan By Tom Weekes - SHIMMERING SUN is closely matched with Big Negotiator on their July meeting and might turn placings. The selection finished seventh in the Queen Mary at Royal Ascot and while beaten by Big Negotiator at Naas, is 3lb better off and proven on the all-weather, having run well in a recent Kempton Group 3 race. Recent Listed-winner Big Negotiator likes fast turf ground, so should be suited by the all-weather and, while she finished behind Brazilian Diva and Hanney Boy in July, was hampered on that occasion. Grayrobin debuts on the all-weather but also likes fast ground, and is forgiven his recent Longchamp soft-ground defeat.
