It's a magnificent day. For Wayne to get six winners, and six winners for the stable, is incredible,. We were lucky at this meeting last year, we had six as well. The horses are in form, they are running well. We had some lovely winners today with the maidens and the ones in the group races. It's a day to savour. Minnie Hauk topped it off in Ascot. Across the two tracks, it's been a stellar day. A P O'Brien, trainer

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference close to the line involving City Of Gold (GB), ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed first, and Admired Beauty, ridden by W.J. Lee, placed second, where it appeared slight contact was made. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W J lee stated that his mount shied away from City Of Gold and that contact was made near the line. W M Lordan stated that his mount was running around up the straight but always felt he was holding Admired Beauty to the line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placing and took no further action
