Gleneagle Bay is a solid favourite for the Nua Healthcare Irish Lincolnshire as the Flat season kicks off at the Curragh this afternoon.

The Gleneagles gelding represents in-form trainer Stephen Thorne and is now best priced 11/4 having been 7/2.

Another for money in the mile event is the Tony Martin-trained Oranid, now 7/1 having traded at 12/1.

In the first two-year-old race of the season the Adrian Murray-trained Power Blue is a solid 5/4 favourite but there has been support for Jim Bolger’s Slaney View from 4/1 into 2/1.
