Formscan By Donal Murphy - This looks a good opportunity for THEGOOSEISCOOKED (also declared at Gowran on Wednesday). Without a win in 14 starts, the Gerry Keane-trained eight-year-old has been knocking on the door of late, filling the runner-up spot on recent starts at Tipperary and Leopardstown respectively. Still rated just 50, she would be a deserving winner of this weak affair. Successful six-times, Mullacash Buzz bounced back from some disappointing efforts to finish second on his latest start at Gowran, and a reproduction of that performance should see him go close. Starting off in handicap company, Not Simple is of interest, while top-weight Morning Approach, Whatswrongnow and Famous Enough are others for the shortlist.
