Granted normal improvement on this third start, he looks the one to beat. Derby entrant Port Ferdinand was beaten in a tactical race on his return at Cork last month but should be all the better for that outing. A progressive gelding this season, course and distance winner Bobby McGee shouldn't be ruled out under Colin Keane.
