103 entries in Triumph

Ante-post favourite Prizeman heads the 103 entries unveiled today for the JCB Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.

The Nicky Henderson-trained horse, as yet unraced over obstacles, is current 12-1 favourite with William Hill for the Stg£90,000 event.

There are 21 Irish-trained acceptors including Willie Mullins` Heezapistol and the Edward O`Grady-trained Find The King.

Francois Doumen will be bidding to follow up his success with Snow Drop in the last Triumph Hurdle with his two entries this year.

The French trainer has both Kelami and Wesley Snype in the field.

Phillipe Boisgontier is set to send Great Love, an easy winner last time out in Pau, across the Channel for the juvenile contest, while Guillaume Macaire has put in Tempo D`Or.

Macaire`s hope had been market leader prior to bein beaten behind Paul Nicholls` Vol Solitaire and Jonjo O`Neill`s Quazar, both of whom are entered for the Triumph, at Cheltenham on Saturday.

German trainer Christian von der Recke will be hoping to score his first Festival win with Eluna, who was a winner at Warwick last week.

Martin Pipe has 12 horses among the field including Londoner, who was bought for 100,000gns out of Henry Cecil`s yard, but proved a major disappointment on his hurdling bow at Kempton earlier this month.
