Jim Bolger was forced to rule the Epsom hero out of today´s Irish Derby this morning and plans are now on hold. "He´s still not sound. At this stage it may not be his foot. We will arrange for scans and x-rays tomorrow," said Bolger. "We left it to the last minute. I couldn´t leave it beyond 8am. He wasn´t sound enough to go racing today. I can categorically say it is not a stone bruise - we don´t have any stones." Bolger also said that the son of Galileo won´t be confirmed for next Saturday´s Eclipse Stakes at Sandown. The Coolcullen handler was speaking after the victory of 20/1 shot Rock Moss in the Scurry Handicap. The gelding, which is owned by Bolger´s daughter Fiona, is set to go to the July Sales at Newmarket.
