Carberry In Top Form

It´s been at least one winner a day for Paul Carberry since Wednesday and Johnny Cullen´s misfortune of being brought down on Betheholygobbs in the opener, left Carberry to deputise for him on Dbest in the Athlumney Hurdle at Navan.

The 9/10 favourite benefited from a typical waiting ride from his pilot, going on to beat the determined Archie Boy by one and three parts of a length.

Joanna Morgan´s charge has been a wonderful servant for the Galway syndicate of the same name as he was registering his tenth career win here.

Meanwhile Carberry´s winners have been, Hi Density (Perth Wednesday), Paradise Bay (Perth Thursday), Ring Street Roller and Salford City (Cork Friday) and King Rama (Kilbeggan last night). The Meath man is topping the National Hunt riders table at this early stage.
