Cecil Happy With Stable Stars Henry Cecil smoothed off any rough edges on two of his stable stars, Passage Of Time and Multidimensional, as they prepared for their autumn objectives with a racecourse gallop at Newmarket. The pair worked separately but both drew well clear of their lead horses. For Multidimensional, who moved away from Imago Mundi and Ajaan in the final furlong under his usual rider Ted Durcan, it will be the Emirates Airline Champion Stakes back at Headquarters on October 20.Passage of Time and Tom Queally were on top of their work partner Market Forces even more quickly and she remains on course for the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Turf after a fine return from a setback in the Prix Vermeille recently. The master trainer reported: 'I was very happy with both of them and the jockeys were delighted.'The ground out there is quite fast but there is not any jar in it. I just let them enjoy themselves and it will have done them the world of good. It takes them a step nearer to their targets.'The Champion has always been the main objective for Multidimensional, who worked nine furlongs.'Passage Of Time worked a mile and a quarter and is on target for the Breeders' Cup.'Alan Cooper was on hand to watch proceedings in his role as racing manager to Multidimensional's owners the Niarchos family. The four-year-old has been sidelined for much of the season with a pelvis problem but made a pleasing reappearance by taking a conditions event at Newbury.Cooper added: 'He'd been off such a long time and he was a bit rusty at Newbury. Ted gave him a nice piece of work.'It's good for him to have come to the races again and hopefully we'll be back in two weeks' time.'? PA Sport
