Collins To Weigh Up Dandy Options Tracey Collins is set to mull over options for Dandy Man after her stable star finished third in the Nunthorpe Stakes at York on Thursday.The Curragh trainer admitted to being disappointed that the four-year-old was beaten again in his continued quest for a Group One success.There are, however, several major prizes on offer before the end of the season. They include the Group Three Nolan & Brophy Auctioneers Flying Five at the Curragh on September 2, and two Group Ones ? the Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock the following Saturday and the Prix de l'Abbaye at Longchamp on October 7.'He was due home at lunchtime, but I've spoken to my man this morning and he said the horse ate up and has come out of the race good,' said Collins.'I was disappointed but he was still third in a Group One and there are plenty of options for him.'We'll see how the horse comes home, sit down and make up our minds where to go next.'(C) PA Sport
