Dimitrova lands American Oaks

Dermat Weld added to his incredible record in international races when Dimitrova landed the American Oaks at Hollywood Park on Saturday night.

The Swain filly came with a late run under David Flores to beat Sand Springs by two lengths.

Dimitrova, who finished a close third in the Irish 1000 Guineas, has now earned over $500,000 in prize money for owner Joe Higgins.
