Eddery banned for three days

Jockey Paul Eddery was given a three-day ban following his ride aboard Festive Affair in the Stora Enso Fine Paper Classified Stakes at Nottingham today.

The local stewards found Eddery guilty of irresponsible riding on the unplaced three-year-old in the six furlong event won by 25-1 outsider Petongski.

Eddery`s 'days off' are October 13th, 15th and 16th.
