Eddery gets all-clear Pat Eddery will be back in the saddle this afternoon after a nasty-looking incident at Doncaster yesterday, his agent Mike Hawkett confirmed today. The 11-times champion jockey received a nasty blow to the head when he was thrown from John Dunlop`s Undeniable before the start of the Joe Sime Memorial Handicap. The horse took no part in the race and Eddery gave up his remaining ride of the day. Hawkett said: 'He`s fine and will be riding today. He got a smack right in the mouth and nose and he was very sore. 'He`s still sore this morning but he`s okay to ride. We`re lucky to get away with it really - Pat`s on a great run at the moment and let`s hope it continues.' Eddery, who has had 27 winners so far this year, has five booked rides at Leicester and five at Windsor this evening.
