The Curragh stages their final day of the season with free admission to all racegoers to celebrate the final day of the 2023 Irish flat racing season.

The competitive eight race programme features the Group 3 Comer Group International Loughbrown Stakes with a quality seven horse field, including Falcon Eight, Echoes in Rain, Shanroe and Typewriter trained in Britain by Andrew Balding.

Helvic Dream makes a quick return to the racecourse having won the Tote Amateur Riders Derby earlier this week. The Noel Meade trained Group 1 winner is one of 11 runners in the Racing TV Finale Stakes with the quality field also featuring the Aidan O’Brien trained Hans Andersen, Queen of Seduction, Erato and Prairie Dancer.

Racegoers will be able to enjoy action on the track as well as a range of family entertainment off it. The day will also see the Horse Racing Ireland Flat Championship Awards taking place, following the presentation of the fifth race, to celebrate the crowning of this season’s champions.

In addition to a high quality eight race programme, attractions on the day will include the Moyglare Kids Zone with free activities indoors on level 2 of Champions Hall throughout the afternoon for younger racegoers including Junior Einsteins, Imagination Station and Face Painting.
