Gowran forced to reshuffle card

Following an inspection of Gowran Park racecourse today, the flat course was found to be unsuitable for racing.

The Gowran Park Golf & Leisure Race has therefore been abandoned.

The Nore Handicap has been transferred to the Leopardstown meeting on Sunday April 14th as an additional race. This race reverts to the entry stage and scratchings must be made as normal by 10 a.m on Thursday, April 11th.

The remaining races at Gowran Park will be divided to form a seven race card. The going is heavy at present.
