The Dermot Weld-trained colt made a pleasing reappearance with a four-length victory in the Group Three Leopardstown 2000 Guineas Trial a month ago. And while Longchamp on Sunday has not been completely ruled out, a trip to the Curragh on May 24th appears the preferred option. "He´s more likely to go straight for the Irish Guineas. No decision has been taken, but he´s more likely to go for the Irish 2000 than go to France," said Teddy Grimthorpe, racing manager to owner Khalid Abdullah. "He´s done well and we hope he can carry on."
