J´y Vole Not Certain for Cheltenham Willie Mullins has warned punters to hold fire on backing J´y Vole ahead of the Cheltenham Festival. The five-year-old is entered in both the Irish Independent Arkle Challenge Trophy and Royal & SunAlliance Chase at Prestbury Park. J´y Vole is as short as 12-1 with William Hill for the first-named event, while the same firm go 10-1 about her chances for the SunAlliance. However, Mullins admits Cheltenham is not at the top of his list for his recent Grade One winner. "At the moment I´m not inclined to go to Cheltenham," he said. "I´m looking at the Powers Gold Cup, a Grade One two-and-a-half-mile chase at Fairyhouse over Easter. "I do not think I want to run her in the SunAlliance and I´ll have a close look at the Arkle maybe. If she´s going to go anywhere, that could be it." Mullins could also switch J´y Vole back to the smaller obstacles with the David Nicholson Mares´ Only Hurdle a possibility. "What I could do is enter her in the mares hurdle in Cheltenham so I´ve got to look at that race as well," he told At The Races. "I´ve said all along it´s not my priority to go to Cheltenham with her."
