Kelso frozen off Kelso`s National Hunt meeting scheduled for this afternoon has been abandoned, following an inspection, due to a frozen track at the English course.Clerk of the course Jonnie Fenwicke-Clennell said: 'We`re off I`m afraid.'We did have hopes at one stage of possibly looking again later but we`ve had a really thorough look this morning and it`s frozen solid. It got down to -4C last night.'There is milder weather forecast but it won`t come in time.'
