Kinane to learn Kentucky fate Michael Kinane will know tomorrow if he will be free to partner Johannesburg in the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs on Saturday week.His appeal against a seven-day ban given to him by the Newmarket Stewards last week will be heard by the Jockey Club`s Disciplinary Committee at Portman Square at 10 a.m.The hearing was due to start at 9.30 a.m. but it has been put back 30 minutes to give Kinane more time to get to the Jockey Club`s London headquarters.Kinane was handed the suspension - the dates being April 27th, 29th and 30th and May 1st to 4th - for irresponsible riding of a major nature on Sahara Desert, first past the post in the Boadicea Conditions Stakes.The Kentucky Derby is run on the last day of the ban.
