New sponsor for Punchestown Punchestown racecourse today announced Ladbrokes.com as the sponsor of the Grade 2 Novice Steeplechase on the second day of the Winter Festival, 16th November 2008. The Ladbrokes.com Better Prices Bigger Wins Novice Steeplechase, formerly known as the Craddockstown Chase, will be run over 2 miles and is valued at ?50,000. This race has a very prestigious role of honour with household names such as Moscow Flyer, Justified and Limestone Lad featuring on the list of previous winners. Welcoming the news Dick O'Sullivan, General Manager at Punchestown commented: "we are thrilled to have Ladbrokes.com on board as sponsors at our Winter Festival. The 2009 Irish National Hunt Festival takes place at Punchestown from 28th April to 2nd of May with the Ladbrokes.com World Series Hurdle the feature on Festival Thursday.
