O`Brien to unveil Classic hopefuls

Aidan O`Brien will be looking to get the new Flat season off to a flying start at the Curragh on Sunday.

O`Brien is set to have five runners, including three possible contenders for this season`s Classics.

Century City will contest the Listed Betdaq Racing Loughbrown Stakes over seven furlongs.

On his last run, O`Brien`s charge took the seven furlong Houghton Stakes at Newmarket beating Lunar Sovereign by an easy three lengths and he is entered for the Sagitta 2000 Guineas and the Vodafone Derby.

Vodafone Oaks entry Moon Safari, who was five lengths sixth to Gossamer in the Fillies` Mile at Ascot, contests the EBF Betdaq Fillies Race over a mile in the final race of the card.

The Ballydoyle handler also sends out useful prospect Tasmanian Tiger, the most expensive yearling sold at public auction in 2000 at 6,800,000 dollars, in the Betdaq Racing.com Maiden over seven furlongs.

The three-year-old son of Storm Cat holds engagements in both the 2000 Guineas and the Derby at Epsom.

O`Brien also runs two-year-old Tomahawk and three-year-old sprinter Maderno.
