Today, Kilbuny Supersonic benefitted from a front-running ride from amateur jockey Luke Murphy, when routing his rivals, beating runner-up Voodoo Angel by 18 lengths. Portlaw, Co Waterford-based O'Hara was on lead-up duties, with his father and namesake reporting "I organised the Delton Syndicate and the last winner we had here was when the track went the other way around (right-handed). “Harry de Bromhead trained Fissure Seal when he won in Cheltenham and the Punchestown Gold Cup, when it was a handicap." Regarding Kilbuny Supersonic, O’Hara added “the SP forecast this morning had her at 16/1 and she was backed into favouritism, so someone thought she had a chance! I had a few quid on but just enough to buy the drinks. “It was the plan to go out in front as she only has one pace. She just keeps going at the same pace and stays going forever. We weren't going to be passing anything if they were in front of us.
