Psycho appeal dismissed The Handicapping Appeals Body today dismissed Tony Martin´s appeal against the 15lb rise incurred by Psycho for his success at Leopardstown on January 13th. The presiding stewards considered written submissions from both Martin and Senior Jumps Handicapper Noel O´Brien. The Dr Massini gelding ran off his revised mark at Leopardstown on Sunday and looked set for an easy victory until falling at the last.
