Queen`s Logic heads Darling field

Queen`s Logic, as expected, heads the 15 entries for the Dubai Duty Free Stakes (registered as the Fred Darling Stakes) at Newbury on Saturday.

Last season`s champion juvenile filly is set to reappear in the classic trial for fillies over the straight seven furlongs.

Mick Channon`s charge, brilliant winner of the Shadwell Stud Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket last autumn, has been working impressively on the gallops this spring.

She is currently 9-4 favourite the 1000 Guineas with William Hill and the Tote but is 5-2 second best with Coral who have Gossamer as their 9-4 favourite.

Richard Hannon is responsible for three of the Duty Free contingent - Lady Links, Madame Boulangere and Roundtree.

The sole Irish filly in the list is the Jim Bolger-trained Marionnaud, who is not in the Guineas.
