Senator's Alibi Does It Again

Thomond O'Mara's grand old servant Senator's Alibi landed the CCTV Venue Control Handicap for the second year in a row.

The 10-year-old is a real favourite at Ballybrit where he has now won five times.

'We retired him after he won this race last year, but he sulked out in the field so we brought him back,' said O'Mara.

This win completed an opening race double for both O'Mara and rider Wayne Lordan.
