Slippers Madden to resume race riding Niall 'Slippers' Madden hopes to resume race riding at Naas on Saturday. Madden was out of action for 5 weeks after he fractured his right fibia following a heavy fall he got at Tralee. Madden said, "I've being riding out at Dads and Noels [Meade] the last couple of days and the leg feels good. I've also been doing a good bit of swimming and walking to build the strength back up in it."
