Spring The Que reverts to hurdles at Gowran Last year´s Pierse Hurdle winner Spring The Que reverts back to the smaller obstacles this Saturday after failing to impress in two outings over fences. Robert Tyner´s gelding has not raced over hurdles since winning the prestigious Leopardstown handicap in January 2007, and has been well-beaten in outings at Galway and Clonmel this season. Tyner is not sure what has been troubling Spring The Que but will give him a run in Saturday´s Red Mills Centenary Trial Hurdle at Gowran Park. "I´d just like to see him return to good form, and it´s a bit late to go chasing again this season," said the Cork trainer. "He just doesn´t seem to be in the form of last season and we´re not sure why as we haven´t found anything wrong with him. At least at home he now seems a little better than he was."
