Strong winds force Hexham to abandon Hexham lost its fourth consecutive meeting when strong winds caused the abandonment of today`s meeting.The stewards inspected the track at around midday but found conditions too severe and were forced to call off the fixture.The Tynedale track lost two meetings in October due to a local outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease and one earlier this month because of frost and snow.
