TIUTCHEV HEADS CHANDLER WEIGHTS Tiutchev heads the weights for the #60,000 Victor Chandler Chase at Ascot on Saturday following today`s confirmation stage.The defection of Edredon Bleu and Fadalko at the top of the handicap leaves Arkle Trophy winner Tiutchev on 11st 10lb, the weights for the race rising by 10lb as a result.A total of 12 horses have been left in the two-mile prize including the Mary Reveley-trained Function Dream, ante-post favourite with the sponsors following her defeat of Davoski in the Castleford Chase at Wetherby last time.Davoski is one of two Venetia Williams-trained horses in the race along with last year`s winner Nordance Prince.Tony McCoy, who had been ruled out riding at the meeting by a one-day ban but has since been reprieved following the transfer of the Grade One Gerrard Tolworth Hurdle to the card, has the choice of two Martin Pipe-trained entries, Carlovent and Exit Swinger.Other notable entries include Ascot specialist Get Real, like Tiutchev trained by Nicky Henderson.Victor Chandler Chase confirmations: Tiutchev, Get Real, Cenkos, Nordance Prince, Function Dream, Davoski, Celibate, Carlovent, Jungli, Corniche, Red Ark and Exit Swinger (12).
