Tipperary abandon five furlong races The three five furlong races scheduled for the Tipperary meeting on Wednesday 2nd May and Thursday 3rd May have been abandoned due to false patches on the sprint course.The track at Tipperary was inspected this morning and the Inspector of Courses found that there were false patches on the sprint course.Other races on the programme will be divided to form a seven race card on both days. Also, trainers should note that the starting stalls will not be in use due to the heavy conditions.
