Trainer Littmoden fractures collarbone Trainer Nick Littmoden was due to have medical checks today after fracturing his collarbone while schooling on the gallops.The English trainer was preparing to see doctors at Addenbrooke`s Hospital, Cambridge, following the tumble on Tuesday.He said: 'It is not too bad. It is broken but it is not too serious. I will find out more today.'It is one of those things. I have gone years without getting an injury and now I have two in six weeks.'Six weeks ago, I had concussion after falling when my stirrup broke on the gallops. I had two-week post-concussion.'Littmoden has trained 35 winners on the Flat and three over the jumps this year.He described it as 'an average year' for the yard.His best season was when he trained 61 winners on the Flat two years ago.
