Zipping on course for 2000 Guineas Zipping will represent France in the Sagitta 2000 Guineas at Newmarket on May 4th.Trainer Robert Collet said: 'We made our decision to head to Newmarket rather than stay at home and contest the Poule d`Essai des Poulains.''Zipping worked well with three others this morning. He is a very adaptable horse and is suited by a stiff pace.'I am confident he will stay a mile. He was cruising a furlong out in the Prix Djebel, but he does tend to stop once in front so we will produce him late.'Zipping gained his biggest win in the Group Two Prix Robert Papin as a juvenile.The colt chased home Johannesburg in the Prix Morny, and also filled an identical position behind the Irish star in the Middle Park Stakes.On his comeback in the Prix Djebel, Zipping was outpointed half length by Massalani at Maisons-Laffitte.Zipping, a son of 1993 2000 Guineas winner, is 25-1 with Coral for the Newmarket Classic.
