Beatrix Bids For Million Miss Beatrix, winner of the Group One Moyglare Stud Stakes, is set to tackle the Shelbourne Hotel Goffs Million at the Curragh on Tuesday.The Kevin Prendergast-trained filly, who was also third in the Phoenix Stakes, is still engaged in the Fillies Five Hundred on the same card but connections are opting for the bigger prize.Prendergast told the Racing Post: 'We've decided to go for gold with Miss Beatrix and run her in the Million.'She's in great shape and she's come on since she won the Moyglare.'She used to be a bit nervous but she has learned and grown up with experience and is much more settled now.'(C) PA Sport
