Creachadoir One To Look Forward To

Frankie Dettori is relishing getting back on board Creachadoir in 2008 after the pair narrowly missed out on winning the Hong Kong Mile.

Andreas Schutz's Good Ba Ba claimed top honours in a thrilling finish that saw the Godolphin-owned three-year-old go down by the narrowest of margins.

Dettori said: 'It's only the second time I have ridden the horse and he ran his heart out, but we just missed out.

'He'll be a nice horse for next year.'

Olivier Doleuze was quick to praise Good Ba Ba after the pair just got home in front.

'I feel he's one of the best milers I've had the chance to ride,' he said.

'He really gives everything when he kicks, but the problem is sometimes he kicks too early so I have to manage that.

'The gate is really important and I was happy to get a middle gate so I was able to do what I wanted to do.

'I tried to follow Frankie because when I decided to go, I didn't want to get stuck in traffic.'
