Dettori wins UAE Guineas Frankie Dettori opened his Classic account for the year when winning the UAE 2000 Guineas on Essence Of Dubai for Godolphin at Nad Al Sheba today.The Pulpit colt, who won two of his four starts when campaigned in America last season, took the mile race on dirt from his stable companion Firebreak, the mount of Jamie Spencer.Godolphin, who sent out six of the runners, were also responsible for the fourth home, Henri Lebasque (Ted Durcan).Since the race`s inception in 2000, Godolphin have won all three runnings with Bachir triumphant in 2000 and Street Cry last year.
