Easyfix Debut at Roscommon The Easyfix hurdles make their debut at Roscommon this evening with three to be jumped down the back and two positioned in the home straight. The last hurdle is located inside the final furlong. Lorcan Wyer, Clerk of the Course, explained this was with safety in mind, in the event of bypassing the space would be available. He also suggested that so far with the trial period of the Easyfix hurdles, the positives have outweighed the negatives. As usual their are two fences in the back and three in the straight. The going is described as Good to Firm (Firm in places).
