Euro stars among Japan Cup entry Sakhee, Galileo and Fantastic Light are among the 26 European entries announced for the 21st running of the Japan Cup, run at Tokyo Racecourse on Sunday, November 25th.The mile-and-a-half Group One contest, which is the 11th and penultimate leg of the Emirates World Series, boasts total prize-money of Y476,000,000 (about Stg£2.74million).Prix de l`Arc de Triomphe runner-up Aquarelliste, and the Canadian International winner, Mutamam, are other notable European entries, while With Anticipation, the Man O`War Stakes winner, heads 28 American entries.Four-time Australian Group One winner, Northerly, leads a five-strong entry from Oceania and Hong Kong.The second running of the Group One Japan Cup Dirt, run on the previous day, has attracted 36 overseas entries, including 17 from Europe.Run over one mile and two and a half furlongs, it has total prize-money of Y248,000,000 (about Stg£1.43million.Galileo and Fantastic Light are both engaged again here as asecond preference.A strong American entry includes last year`s Breeders` Cup Classic winner, Tiznow, and the recent Woodward Stakes winner, Lido Palace.The invited overseas horses (10 in the Japan Cup and eight in the Japan Cup Dirt) will be announced on Monday October 29th.
