Friday going update Ahead of day four of the Punchestown Festival, the ground remains yielding on both tracks. Clerk of the course Brendan Sheridan reported: "Last night we were expected to get 3 to 5 mm of rain but we only got 0.5mm, so watering recommenced this morning at 5am. "We have seven yards of fresh ground on the hurdles track, we are on the same track on the chase course but we have moved some of the bends. "The weather today is to mid teens, dry, warm day." First of an eight card card is due off at 3.40. Lossiemouth is the star attraction on the day; going to post a warm favourite for the featured Grade 1 Boodles Champion Hurdle at 6.40.
