Geos set for Peterborough debut Top hurdler Geos is likely to make his British debut over fences in the Victor Chandler Peterborough Chase at Huntingdon later this month. But trainer Nicky Henderson revealed today that the six-year-old would revert to hurdling if he chasing failed to prove his metier.'He`s not a novice because he won a chase in France and so I am thinking of running him in the Peterborough,' he said today.'We`ll have to see how it goes. He`s not very big but he`s jumped round Auteuil so he should be all right.'If we have to go back to hurdles with him then so be it.'At Huntingdon Geos is likely to face Henrietta Knight`s Edredon Bleu, winner of the Peterborough Chase for the last three years.Henderson also had news of Landing Light, who beat Geos at Sandown on the final day of last season.'I would think the Bula would be the way to go with him,' the trainer said.'I was amazed at the way he progressed last season, from winning the Tote Gold Trophy off quite a light weight to winning the championship race at Sandown.'But that`s where he is now, handicaps are out of the way. He is among the best, if not the best in Britain.'The threats to him in the big races are going to come from Ireland obviously and from France.'
