High Havens meets with injury Paul D`Arcy`s smart juvenile Lady High Havens has met with a setback and may not run again this season, it emerged today. The filly finished out the frame for the first time in seven starts when a disappointing ninth of 10 behind Half Glance in the Rothmans Royals May Hill Stakes at Doncaster on Thursday. However, the Newmarket trainer explained the Cherry Hinton Stakes runner-up`s below-par effort. He said: 'The vet has been in and he found an abscess under her the shoe. She`s very, very sore. There was a lot of heat in the foot this morning.'She didn`t run anywhere near her form yesterday and there had to be a reason why.'She`ll be treated but I wouldn`t think she`ll run again this year.'She`ll get the foot poulticed and when we get that cleared up we`d be at the end of the season.'She is in the Marcel Boussac (at Longchamp on October 7th) and that`s always been the plan but I don`t think we would have time to get her back.'She does have an entry at Hollywood Park - a Grade Three mile race - in November. You never know if she`s OK there`s a possibility she could go there. We`ll just have to wait and see.'
