Hors La Loi to miss Aintree Hurdle Hors La Loi III will not be at the post for the Stg#120,000 Martell Aintree Hurdle on Saturday, it was confirmed today.James Fanshawe`s Smurfit Champion Hurdle winner returned 'a little stiff behind' after exercise on Wednesday morning putting his participation in the Grade One contest in doubt.The Newmarket handler will now keep him for a possible tilt at the EMO Oil Champion Hurdle at the Punchestown Festival later this month.In a statement released today, Fanshawe said: 'Hors La Loi III is still not 100 per cent and will not be running in the Martell Aintree Hurdle on Saturday.'He has been entered in the EMO Oil Champion Hurdle at Punchestown on April 26th and we`ll see how he is over the next couple of weeks before making a decision about running in Ireland.'
