Injured Dempsey On The Sidelines Dempsey, last season's Queen Mother Champion Chase runner-up, has been ruled out for the rest of the campaign.Trainer Carl Llewellyn's hand was forced because of an ongoing problem with the 10-year-old's near-fore.'It's a shame because he was in such great form last season,' Llewellyn told the Racing Post.'But the sensible solution is to give him a good long rest to get him right again for next season.'Dempsey had yet to run this term and was last seen winning the Celebration Chase at Sandown in April.(C) PA Sport
