Kelso to inspect again Tomorrow`s meeting at Kelso hinges on a 7.30am inspection with recent heavy rain having put in the fixture in doubt.After the stewards inspected the track this afternoon clerk of the course Jonnie Fenwicke-Clennell said: 'We are going to inspect again at 7.30 in the morning.'We could have raced today with alterations to the track.'We`ve had 1½mm of rain this afternoon and we wouldn`t want any significant rain overnight or in the morning.'
