Limerick Monday Off Following a course inspection by Turf Club officials after Sunday's racing at Limerick, the track was found to be saturated. As a consequence, the fixture scheduled for Monday has been cancelled. Turf Club press officer Cliff Noone said: "They have had a lot of rain, with some hefty showers. The track is saturated and unfit for racing. "Rather than go back again in the morning and find the same thing, they have decided to cancel the meeting now. There would be no more improvement overnight, and with more rain forecast there is no prospect of racing."
