Mansony Team Eye Nickname Scalp Arthur Moore is keen for Mansony to have a crack at Nickname in the Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase at Leopardstown on December 27.The eight-year-old improved at a fair rate of knots last season, culminating in a Grade One victory at Punchestown in April. He reappeared this season with a respectable performance behind The Listener and may be seen to better effect back over two miles.'He was beaten a long way by The Listener, but I was still happy with his effort and he has come out of that race well,' said Moore.'He handles that ground very well and soft to heavy is ideal for him.'I am, of course, looking forward to taking on Nickname and I hope that it is a great race and our fellow does himself justice.'Nickname's trainer, Martin Brassil, confirmed his intention to run the likely favourite.'Everyone knows that Nickname needs soft ground and if the forecast rain comes, then he definitely runs ? anything easier than yielding would be grand, said Brassil.'If we get a couple of hours of rain, it will be soft ground.'The horse is fine and I am looking forward to running him and I hope that we get a drop of rain.'(C) PA Sport
