Margarson Looks To Super Bid Magical Speedfit could bid to break his duck in the Weatherbys Super Sprint at Newbury on Saturday.George Margarson's charge has finished second on three of his four starts so far, only finishing out of the frame when a five-and-a-half-length 16th in the Windsor Castle Stakes at Royal Ascot.Although he is also entered in a maiden at Sandown this week, Margarson is eyeing the five-furlong feature, which is worth #135,000, for his Bold Fact colt.'The plan is to go to Newbury at the moment, but I have entered him for Sandown on Thursday just in case the weather turns at Newbury,' said the Newmarket handler.'It's just been one of those things so far, he's run into a couple of horses and just been a bit unlucky in running.'The ground at Lingfield last time wasn't ideal and he wasn't beaten far at Royal Ascot, despite Richard Quinn saying he wasn't happy with him.'He came back from that fine though, and has been working well and it is a big pot to go for at Newbury.'I just wouldn't want desperate ground for him ? on the softer side wouldn't be too bad as I think he will go that. You just can't quicken out of heavy ground.'(C) PA Sport
