Marjalina goes on Oaks trial at Naas Kevin Prendergast´s unbeaten Juddmonte Oaks candidate Marjalina puts her Epsom credentials on the line in the Blue Wind Stakes at Naas on Wednesday evening. The Marju filly showed a decisive turn of foot to beat Aidan O´Brien´s well-regarded Savethisdanceforme in the Park Express Stakes at the Curragh last time. The came on very soft ground and while conditions are likely to be towards the opposite end of the spectrum on Wednesday, Prendergast does not expect the terrain to pose her too many problems. "It´s an unknown trip for her and unknown ground," said Prendergast. "But she ran on fastish ground on her debut at Leopardstown. "She´s in good shape and we are looking for a good run. "We will make a decision on whether she goes for the Oaks after the race tomorrow." In opposition are four-year-old´s Arkadina and Profound Beauty, the Ballydoyle trio of Adored, the unraced Sweet Sixteen and Tiffany Diamond and the Jim Bolger-trained Allicansayis Wow. Last year´s race was won by John Oxx´s high-class filly Four Sins, who went on to finish fourth behind Light Shift in the Oaks.
